May has been BUSY!

May!

We had lots of fun learning about dinosaurs. The stations circulated through six stations where they got to learn more about dinosaurs doing hands on activities. Some of the activities included dinosaur yoga, making dinosaurs from shapes, looking for dinosaur fossils in the sand, and playing with dinosaur puppets. 

We also got to see just how long a dinosaur was- trust me- they would not fit in our classroom!!

We also went to the grocery store and got a behind the scene tour of a grocery store and learned all about nutrition while we were there.

They even got to see just how fast the bread could be sliced!!!

And we cant forget to mention the Mothers Day Spa!! You Moms were great and just look at the smiles on all these sweet faces!! I did get a picture of each mom and child duo for the yearbook, but here are just a few pictures from that fun morning!! 

This week was garbage pick up week! Who knew garbage pick up could be SO Fun!! It almost became a contest to see who could fill their bag the fastest!!! Don't worry, we washed hands when we came inside:) 

May has truly been such a fun and bust month!! All these kiddos are getting so grown up and ready for grade 1!! I cant believe there is only a month of kindergarten left!!
