Easter!

We had a lot of fun this week celebrating Easter! Below are several pictures from the week. We painted and drew some beautiful bunny art work that went home with your kiddo today, we made carrot muffins that all the students enjoyed making and eating! We also played some fun math games with eater eggs! We also said goodbye to our student teacher, Miss. Edgar. We wish her well and hope to see her back soon for a visit! Happy Easter everyone!! Chicks, plants, fitness and more!!

I wanted to share the picture from World Down Syndrome Day! Thanks so much for sending your child in funky socks to support such a special day, and our friend Oliverđź’™ We have been busy in kindergarten learning about chicks, and completing chick art work!! Students learned about the life cycle of a chick. See if your child can tell you the 4 stages of a chicks life? Students were also challenged with two stem activities! How to create a chick for all the baby chicks to fit on, and how to create a chicken coop so the chicken couldn’t escape! This week our focus has been on plants! Students learned about the 4 things that a plant needs to survive. See if they can tell you what these four things are? With the nice weather this week, we decided to take advantage of it and the students loved getting some fresh air, playing with friends, and playing at the park!! Look at these smiles!!
